About The Divine Words of Love
Presenting the series of “Divine Words” encompassing original poetry, creative journals and artwork. A traditional style of metered and rhyme poems known as ‘ Formalism”. Phillip and Melissa are both Funeral Home owner operators with years of experience with Death, Grief and Love and whom both share a deep faith that we are not alone. The poems are based on intention for a message and to express a universal human emotional experience based on life’s differing challenges and journeys. The series covers; Love, Death, Darkness, Spirit based poetry.

Angels Sang
I recall the very first day
The angels sang and sent you my way
Your beauty rich, ever so pure
My heart did melt for you were my cure
To what was missed from my life
The love now there, you make it so nice
I was touched by you, more than a friend
The love we share may there be no end
I long for the moments we do share
To show you how I really care
To hold you close, to feel your love
Love gifted from the heavens above
Yes, the angels sang and sent you my way
In my arms I trust you will stay
For when were together we are not alone
When we are together it is like being home
A home full of love so wanting, no fear
Together as one, to always be near
